Hello again everyone -
A few quick updates:
1. The last newsletter indicated a potential meeting in May – unfortunately we will not be able to hold a meeting in early May – but we will be holding one in early June! Details are being worked out, and once a specific date has been nailed down, the invites will go out. the topics mentioned in the last newsletter will be covered at a later meeting.
2. The SolidWorks User Group Network website has a new look! the folks at SWUGN have really outdone themselves – check out the new site here: http://www.swugn.org
3. While you’re checking out the new SWUGN website – take a moment to look over the details of the upcoming SolidWorks User Group Network Technical Summit on April 20th. It’s a great opportunity to meet with fellow SolidWorks Users and learn more about using SolidWorks. Details from the website are below:
“The Raleigh/Durham SWUGN Technical Summit features presentations by SolidWorks Product Managers and local SolidWorks expert users. User registration is $40.00 and includes meals and giveaways. Join fellow SolidWorks users from the Raleigh, Durham, and Research Triangle Park area for a full day of learning and networking, and of course, a little fun.”

If you plan on going and would like to carpool, please let me know! I plan to head out of town on Monday afternoon and returning after the summit on Tuesday. While there, I’ll be presenting a technical demo on “Display States for All Kinds of Stuff” in one of the afternoon sessions. I hope to see some more of us from the 757 there!
